Today I’m going to eat Salmon and Tuna. Enjoy everyone.
Please subscribe and like my channel I wanted to eat Salmon and Tuna today so I decided to film this.
Salmon is a family of Salmonidae and length is about 70cm. It has light blue color on the back and silver on the bottom. Salmon is normally preferred by Western people than Easterners. Especially countries with great power located near Rhine such as Germany or Netherlands, they consider salmons as the best savory foods. Recently Korean people who enjoys salmons are increasing. Salmons are easy to be digested so it’s good foods for children and elderly people. Salmon contains 21% of protein, 8.4% of fat and good portion of B2 · B6 which helps the absorption protein. Salmon fat contains a lot of DHA which helps the growth and functional development of the brain and EPA which can prevent arteriosclerosis and blood clot. Fresh salmon should have a bright pink color to it and you should choose the one has white tendon in the fat. Taste will be the best when you catch it right before the spawning season from the ocean.
If you get salmons from the river, I advise you to cook it right after purchasing. If you over cook it, it goes dry. You can cut the bones with eatable size and boil them until it gets soft then bones will taste crunchy!!
Raw salmons taste very good as well.
And it will taste even better if you slice it bigger.
And put the big slice into the mouth and chew it, it will taste great. It will taste goot if you put little bit of fresh wasabi on top of the salmon and dip it into wasabi sauce.
Soft texture of fresh salmon and savory oily flavor will be spread into your mouth.
It gives great chewy texture and it will be melted in your mouth as soon as you put it in. There are 700 different kinds of Tuna in the world. Tuna habitat in the northern and southern hemisphere. They normally form groups and swim very fast. Tunas are high in protein and low in fats and calories. They contains DHA, EPA, Selenium which helps to activate brain cell functions and Tuna is a sub grouping of the mackerel family and they are carnivorous. Some giant tuna weighs even 500kg!! I had really good oily foods. I love tuna and salmon.
We can enjoy many different part of them with all different tastes.
I love white meat part then the red one because it has firmer texture.
Tuns sashimi was sliced with the perfect thickness and it doesn’t have any smells of fish. It is fresh and nice
I will eat tuna wrapped with seaweed. You can wrap the tuna sashimi and radish sprout with the seaweed and dip it into oil sauce.
It has very soft taste as I swallow it.
If you feel like good fatty foods, please try tuna and salmon together. You won’t need any other good fats for another one week!!
