2019 – How to Hustle Storage Auctions – 5K Profit Storage Auction Unit Find! Make Money on EBAY!

– So, this is a storage
auction that I bought of $20 and this is what was inside. Now, guys I quit my job because I have an online retail presence that’s pretty large. The time that people spend
with an hourly wage or salary working for somebody else, I spend my day looking
for ways to make money and looking for alternative income. So, before I get into this item, I just want to let you know
why I’m doing this video. I’ve been watching Auction
Hunters and Storage Wars and even American Pickers
find things, find items in garages, estate sales, storage auction and then pick it up and they go, whoa, this is 1,500 maybe even $2,000. It’s a good fine but it’s not two grand ’cause they don’t show
the actual sale price 95% of the time. They show what they think it’s worth. So, on the screen you’ll see a pop up, cha ching, $2,500. And then it just fucking
forgets about the item and then goes on to the next one. That’s not how it works. I sit at home every time it goes cha ching and I go, nobody in their
right mind’s gonna pay $2,500 for that. And that’s what I hate
about American Pickers. Don’t air the episode unless
you’ve sold the items. Don’t give me your best
guesstimate on the screen. I don’t care about a $2,000
valuation on a $300 item, God! And I’m not here to tell you
that this happens every day because it doesn’t. If it did I’d have way more videos. I’m gonna show you the process
of how I acquired the item and then tell you a little
bit about what it is, right. I find the item, I clean
it up, research it, list it and not until the item is sold and the money is in my
account do I post this video. (slow music) It’s worth it for parts. I bet it’s broken. (slow music) This is the Fujikura 70S. I didn’t really know anything about it so I had to research it. It came up with 70S plus fusion splicer, automatic and fully
programmable wind protector, 13 second tube heater, high-capacity lithium-ion battery pack, 200 splices or shrinks, onboard
training and support videos, multifunction transit case
with integrated workstation didn’t know I needed that and Bluetooth wireless communication. I have no idea what any
of that means really. I get the Bluetooth, splices cool, all of that sounds great but what is it? What is it used for? This is a high-end fusion splicer for fiber-optic network installations. This the fusion splicer for fiber-optics like Verizon Fios. Now, when you sell a
big-ticket item like this or really any electronic it’s a good idea to take a picture of the serial
number that you’re selling. Also, before you sell
a high-end electronic or really any electronic, make sure you take the serial number so people can’t switch out your machines. I’ve had that happen before. Turn it on, open the camera,
take a picture of a serial right on the screen, functioning properly. Along with verifying that
everything functions properly and taking a picture of the
serial number and recording it so you have it just in
case anything happens, before I sell up very high-end electronic, anything over a $1,000 really, I buy tamper evident stickers. So, if these are removed
then I know that something has already been replaced or remove ’cause this is a high-end machine. Somebody could go in here,
take out internal parts, return it to me and get their refund and PayPal and eBay will pay
them out every single time and you’ll lose money. So, these prevent them
from opening up the case. I throw them on the sides and then I throw them on the bottom where the screw points are. These tamper evident stickers has a number associated with it so they can’t just replace
it with something else. Don’t forget your tamper evident stickers. This has saved me in three
eBay cases, over $10,000. This was just $1. Thanks for checking out my video and come back for some
more storage auction finds. I gotta go mail this.
