Seller Products – Monitor your Amazon Products as a seller with AMALYTIX

Seller Products (Overview) On the page “Seller Products,” AMALYTIX provides
you with all the relevant information about your products. A new product is automatically added to this
list when it is found in an order for the first time. Under “Settings / Account / Amazon
Account” you can synchronize this list with Seller Central at any time. You can “hide” individual products from this
list by clicking on the X on the right. Hidden products can be found in the file “Hidden
products” under “Settings / Account / Hidden products” and can also be “retrieved” from
there. In this way, you can determine any products to be monitored. It is essential to understand that only the
products listed on the “Seller Products” or “Watchlist” pages are monitored. Our financial
dashboards, on the other hand, incorporate the data of all products. You can use the filters at the top of the
page to filter the list of displayed products accordingly. AMALYTIX remembers the last filter
settings, and saves them in your browser. These can be reset at any time by clicking
on “Reset.” Most filters work according to the principle of partial agreement, i.e.,
it is often sufficient, for example, to enter the last three letters of an ASIN to find
the respective product. You should also pay special attention to the
Quickfilter: This allows you to display a specific group of products in just two clicks,
e.g., products that are currently not available or products that do not have A+ content yet. The left margin of a row shows, in color,
whether a product is currently available or not. As soon as the edge turns red, a small
triangle appears. To get more details, move your mouse over the triangle. You can mark essential products as “Favorite”
by clicking on the small star. You can also remove products from the favorites list. There
is also a separate filter to display only favorites. If the product has been awarded a bestseller
or Amazon Choice badge at the time of testing, AMALYTIX will display it here. Click on the product title to go to the product
details page in AMALYTIX. It is presented to you in a separate video. Essentially, a
lot of historical data about the product is presented. Another efficient function is the assignment
of so-called “tags.” These are simple free text labels that you can attach to a product.
You can use the tags to add products to any group and filter them later. For example,
you can filter by tags in the “Seller Dashboard” or the “Seller Analysis” page and then see
your profit and loss account for the respective product group. Theoretically, a product can
receive any number of tags and thus appear in multiple groups. In the following columns, AMALYTIX shows you
the turnover and sales data for the last 30 days. You can change the duration in the settings.
The percentage change refers to the previous 14 days. Under “Profit,” you can see the current contribution
margin. Move the mouse over the “Info” symbol to get more details about this value. Below
the profit, you will also see the contribution margin in relation to turnover. This is, of
course, significantly influenced by whether you have entered in the cost of goods or not. If you have set up a Seller Central User for
AMALYTIX, you will also see the session and conversion data for the respective product
here: The number of visitors to your product listing and the number of those who bought
— both significant figures when you actively optimize your listings. You can find out how
to set up a Seller Central User on the help page under “Settings / Account / Amazon Seller
Account.” This feature is available to customers from the Large Plan onwards. In the column “Buybox” you can check whether
you currently own the Buybox with this item. The Seller column shows you the current number
of sellers on a listing. Move your mouse over the eye to see the prices and offers of the
cheapest sellers. To do this, you must activate the setting under “Settings / Account / Other”
to indicate that the prices of other sellers should also be monitored. In the “Fulfillment” column, you can see whether
an FBA offer exists or not. If it does, you can view the inventory from early in the morning
of the current day. In the Reviews and Rating columns, you will
find two values for product families: The upper value is the parent article. This is
also the value you see on the product listing. The lower cost refers to the respective child
product and is calculated on the basis of the individual ratings of this particular
child. In the column LQI you can see your Listing
Quality Index. This is between 0 and 100 and gives an initial indication of how well the
product has been optimized. You can adjust the rules of the LQI calculation to your needs.
Move your mouse over the LQI to get more details. You can find even more information and recommendations
on the product details page under “Listing.” In the last column, you can see the “weighted
returns rate.” This is weighted because AMALYTIX weights revenue on multiple SKUs. The returns
quota is based on the returns of the last 60 days, which are attributed to orders made
in the period 60 days to 30 days. This is because a customer is given 30 days to return
an item. The “Action for selected products” button
also allows you to carry out a similar action for several products, e.g., assign one or
more tags, hide products, and much more. You can download the content of the page as
a CSV file at any time by downloading the report “Seller products.” You can show or hide the columns displayed
any time you wish using this little widget. Use the “Seller Products” page to have the
latest updates on your products at hand at all times. Group your products with tags to
quickly access your assortments.
